The holiday apartment Boven is located in Großefehn-Timmel, just a few hundred meters from the harbor and the beach.
The 2-storey accommodation consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, and can accommodate up to 5 people.
Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, heating, a smart TV with streaming services, a DVD player, as well as children's books and toys.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available.
The apartment offers a private outdoor area with a balcony.
The location is ideal for trips to the North Sea, Emden, or Norden.
A supermarket and the beach are nearby, just 400 meters away.
There is also a beach club, a playground, a dog beach, and various cafés and restaurants.
At the harbor, you can rent boats, and the sea and canals offer many opportunities to explore the surroundings.
Bike tours through the picturesque Fehn villages are also highly recommended.
The cities of Aurich and Leer are each about 15 km away.
Parking is available on the property.
Families with children and up to two dogs are welcome.
Parties are not allowed.
The stay is not permitted for construction workers or fitters.
On weekdays, a later arrival time is preferred.
The accommodation offers a storage room for bicycles and follows recycling rules; you will receive more information on site.
After booking, you will receive a contact form, which you are kindly asked to fill out completely to prepare your stay optimally.

Die Lage war toll vor allem mit Hund! Ein Hundestand keine 10 min zu Fuß entfernt.
Die Gastgeberin war super lieb und hat sich oft erkundigt, ob alles ok ist und ob noch etwas fehlt.
Ich hätte 4,5 Sterne gegeben. Denn für 5,0 muss es irgendwie schon perfekt sein und es gab halt kleine Kritikpunkte. Aber 4,0 ist doch ziemlich hart, da sich die Gastgeberin wirklich bemüht hat!
Also auf den Bildern sieht alles extrem groß aus, -toller Weitwinkel an dieser Stelle - leider aber sieht die Realität etwas anders aus. Gerade die Treppe ist unsagbar eng und gerade für Hunde sehr ungeeignet.

So ein individueller Kontakt ist nicht selbstverständlich! Die Vermieterin und ihre Kollegin sind Menschen mit einem großen Herz und man spürt das man als Urlauber willkommen ist und sich auch darum bemüht wird. Die Wohnung ist mit allem was man benötigt und sogar noch mehr ausgestattet, das Mobilia...
Der Parkplatz hat für einen VW Bus ausgereicht aber mit Anhänger und Rädern ( inklusive Radanhänger) alles etwas klein.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gemütlich und schön eingerichtet. Es wurde wirklich an alles gedacht, sogar für Kinder gibts ein paar Spiel- und Malsachen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und war immer erreichbar. Eine schöne und empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.
