Located in Rottenbuch, this 54 m² apartment with balcony is ideal for up to 4 guests, featuring 1 living room and 1 bedroom.
An extra bed for 1 person is available with the pull-out sofa in the living area (0.80 m). There is 1 bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen.
Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi for video calls, a TV with video-on-demand and streaming services, washing machine, dryer, underfloor heating, coffee maker, and self check-in. Families with children benefit from a baby bed, high chair, and more. Enjoy the private balcony and access to the shared garden with homegrown herbs, vegetables, and seasonal fruit.
Four pedelecs are available for you. Other outdoor areas include a shared barbecue, playground with swing, sandbox, playhouse, as well as toys and books for children. There is a communal parking lot and a charging station for electric cars.
Please note that events are not permitted.
The property uses sustainable building materials, solar panels, geothermal energy, and waste separation.
The hosts live on the property but not in the booked apartment.
The quiet, detached location in the Illach Valley offers access to the Illach stream.
Pony rides and carriage rides are available on request.
There are also chickens and rabbits. At check-in, you will receive the KÖNIGSCARD guest card from your host.
With this card, you can enjoy numerous free services in the Allgäu, Tyrol, and Upper Bavaria regions.
In winter, a special highlight: from three nights, you can ski for three hours daily.
Many activities also offer cultural inspiration, romance, joy, and fine cuisine.
