Located in Cala Ginepro, not far from the famous San Teodoro, the Sa Villa Cala Ginepro awaits you with its fantastic sea view in the marvellous setting of the Tavolara and Molara marine protected area, immersed in an oasis of peace and tranquillity.
The 100 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 double bedrooms furnished in typical Sardinian style with air conditioning and 2 en-suite bathrooms with showers and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning in all bed rooms, heating, a washing machine as well as a TV.
A baby bed and high chair are available for an extra fee. Your private outdoor space includes a garden, a large open terrace with lounge area with chairs, loungers and sunbeds, 2 covered terraces, a barbecue area with a large table to enjoy your meals outside, and an outdoor shower next to the terrace. The villa is a short distance from the most beautiful beaches of the coast - Cala Brandinchi, Lu Impostu and La Cinta. This property has recycling rules, more information is provided on-site.
