You will reach the Lake and the Paquier (large expanse of grass along the lake) in less than 5 minutes on foot.
In a new building, discover a carefully decorated apartment, accommodating up to 4 people, 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom with toilet.
Each room is equipped with a large double bed 160x200 cm (King Size) and plenty of storage space In the living room find a television with international channels overlooking a large terrace Fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine.
The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine, high speed WiFi Linen will be provided for your stay.
ATTENTION: a construction site is currently underway near the apartment.
A private covered garage is included with the booking of the apartment. 🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you will be able to walk throughout your stay.
Bike rental nearby (a superb bike path is all around the lake) Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled at the edge of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and quality of life.
