The renovated 2-storey property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
The apartment can accommodate 2 additional children, as there is a sofa bed in the living room.
The 2 bedrooms (1 with a double bed and 1 with two single beds) and the bathroom (which is equipped with a bathtub) are situated on the first floor.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, a washing machine as well as a TV. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. Your private outdoor area includes a balcony.
A shared outdoor area, consisting of a pool, a garden, a children's pool and an outdoor shower, is also available for your use. The property is situated only 500m from one of the most beautiful beaches of the Algarve: São Rafael.
The beautiful beach Praia dos Arrifes is also just a few steps from the apartment.
The friendly and cosy holiday apartment is ideal for those who prefer not to drive during their holiday: the beaches are within walking distance as well as some restaurants and a mini market.
The marina and the old town of Albufeira are a 2-minute drive away, and so are the beaches of Galé and Salgados. A parking space is available on the property.
