From most of the rooms and terraces there are beautiful views of the sea, the town of Calpe and especially the Peñon de Ifach, the symbol of the Costa Blanca. The Mediterranean garden is well maintained and has many palm trees as well as fruit trees such as lemons, apples and medlars.

In front of the house there is a terrace with the pool, which is of course an important element of the vacation.

There is also a barbecue for barbecue evenings.

The driveway offers space for many cars. All in all, a beautiful property in perfect condition, especially suitable for one or more families with children. Pets are allowed on request and at additional charge. Late night alcoholic excesses are undesirable.
