Located in Brolo, the holiday home Mansarda da Dani offers guests a fantastic view of the sea and mountains.
The 60 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed and a single bed, a fully-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, a washing machine, dishwasher as well as a TV.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available. The holiday home also boasts a private covered terrace where you can chill out in the evening. The property is located 350 meters from the sea (reachable on foot).
There is a pharmacy along the road to the sea (about 150m).
A restaurant, bakery, pastry shop, ice cream parlour, bar and supermarkets are also within about 150 meters from the property. A parking space is available at the property. Pets are allowed upon request. The property has a step-free access and interior. Laundry is sanitized by a professional laundry. Smoking is allowed (inside the building). The home is located on the 3rd floor and reachable with an elevator. Breakfast is available upon request. This property has strict recycling rules.
