The apartment features excellent amenities for your stay, including a large private parking space in an underground garage (maximum height: 1.89 m) and elevator access.
It is a bright, dual-aspect (cross-ventilated) apartment with a 12 m² terrace, providing plenty of natural light and fresh air.
For added comfort, both bedrooms and the bathroom are equipped with mosquito screens, in addition to air conditioning.
This two-bedroom ground floor apartment consists of: Spacious living room with a sofa and dining table opening onto a beautiful terrace 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed (sleeps 4) 1 bathroom with bathtub and toilet, and 1 shower room with shower and toilet Fully equipped open kitchen: hob, fridge, oven, microwave, coffee machine Air conditioning throughout ## Access Guests have access to the entire apartment. ## Interaction When you arrive, someone from our team will greet you and give you the keys.

The beach is directly by the road, so families with young children may prefer Ponteil Beach, 200 meters away, which is more sheltered and family-friendly. ## Transit To get to this beach from the center of Antibes, take Avenue Albert 1er, then at sea level turn right towards Cap d'Antibes.
The beach is just before the Cap d'Antibes (be careful always keep left along the seaside).
Everything is accessible on foot.
SNCF Antibes Train Station is 1.5 km away By car: A8 motorway exit 44 Antibes From the Nice Airport: bus #82 ## Notes Bed linen and towels, as well as final cleaning, are included.
Upon arrival, you will find one set of linens per bed, one shower towel per person, a hand towel and bath mat for the bathroom, a tea towel, dish soap with a sponge, and two rolls of toilet paper.
Guests are responsible for cleaning the dishes and taking out the trash during their stay.

очень уютные и светлые апартаменты, чистые, полностью укомплектованы всем нужным для жизни. находятся в 3 мин пешком от пляжа и набережной. Рядом магазины и рестораны. отличные апартаменты и отличное расположение
