The cozy holiday apartment Larice Chalet Cambra is located in Livigno and boasts a wonderful view of the mountains.
The 36 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a fully-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people.
Furthermore, a games room with table football, board games and games for children is available on the property.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available on request and subject to availability.
There is a shared laundry room with washing machine and dryer, which can be used on request.
Iron and ironing board are also available on request. Your private outdoor area includes a covered terrace, that invites you to relax and enjoy the view.
The property has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a garden, a playground and a barbecue, that can be used free of charge in summer. The accommodation is ideal for sports lovers, both in summer and winter, thanks to its strategic location.
For cross-country skiers: the ski slope is right next to the garden.
For cyclists and runners: the cycle path and hiking trails are only 20m from the house.
Skiers can easily reach the ski lifts with the free ski bus that leaves every 15 minutes.
The bus stop is only 20m away and the first lift is 2km away. For guests of Chalet Cambra there is a shuttle service for long distances to/from Livigno - airports/train stations with 10% discount. A parking space is available on the property and 1 in a garage. Pets are allowed upon request. Air conditioning is not available. The property has step-free access and interior. 2 bikes are provided for an additional fee. The property has ski, motorbike and bicycle storage.
