With a view of the mountain, the holiday flat 'Am Hopfengarten' in Tettnang is ideal for multiple or large families or groups.
Situated in the picturesque hinterland of Lake Constance, the cosy old farmhouse has been carefully renovated.
Idyllically situated between hop gardens and orchards, the 2-storey flat consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 1 large bathroom as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 10 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, heating, a washing machine, a dryer, a TV as well as a children's play area.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available. The apartment boasts a private outdoor area with a covered terrace and a charming garden which invites you to relax and barbecue.
The terrace is equipped with garden furniture, two sun loungers, a parasol and a grill. The property boasts an excellent location in the middle of the Upper Swabian Alpine foothills.
Furthermore, it is a good starting point for excursions to the regions of Lake Constance, Allgäu and Bregenz Forest. 3 parking spaces are available on the property. Families with children are welcome. Pets and youth groups are not allowed. Every guest receives a voucher for free admission to the Hopfengut No 20 Museum.
Hopfengut No 20 also offers a brewery, a museum, a shop and a restaurant. Ski storage is available. This property has strict recycling rules.
