The 260 m² property consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace, a fan, washing machine, dryer, smart TV with streaming services, as well as books and toys for children. The accommodation stands out for its private outdoor area, which features a pool (open from June 24 to September 15), garden, open terrace, covered terrace, 2 balconies, barbecue and outdoor shower.
Nearby, you can visit the cloister or the church at the Llosa del Cavall reservoir, and the Port del Comte ski resort is a short drive away. The property offers 4 parking spaces and free street parking is available.

We were so happily surprised when we opened the door to this beautiful condo! The marina views and sunset shows were spectacular! The condo was filled with anything we could need and the abundance of towels was amazing! We all slept like babies in the comfy beds and would definitely stay with you again!
