The holiday flat is located in an apartment building constructed in 1980, was renovated in 2022 and is furnished in a modern style.
The property is situated in a residential area on the outskirts of the town.
The residence is popular also due to its quiet and sunny location. Location Porto Santa Margherita, 000 m above sea level.
The holiday apartement is located on a open plot.
The landlord does not live in the house or on the property.
Access is via a side road (asphalted).
Parking is available in a carport. Special Air conditioning.
TV reception via antenna.

Sehr günstige Entfernung zum Meer, ein großes Plus für die Markisen auf dem Balkon. Dort konnte man jederzeit sitzen. Geräumiges Apartment und Balkon. Moderne Ausstattung, inklusive Waschmaschine, die wir auch genutzt haben.
