Located in the city centre of Oristano, the holiday apartment 'Giovanna House' has everything you need for a relaxing holiday.
Additionally, the property is ideally situated to visit the west coast of Sardinia and its beautiful beaches.
The 80 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a fan, a washing machine as well as a TV. The holiday apartment boasts a private outdoor area with a balcony.
The property has access to a shared outdoor area which includes an open terrace. The next café is a stone's throw away (40m) and the next bar is also reachable in under a minute on foot (90m).
The next restaurant and supermarket can be reached in 3 minutes on foot (250m).
The Is Arutas beach is 25 minutes away by car (22km).
The Cagliari Elmas Airport is an hour away by car (93km). Free parking is available on the street. Pets are not allowed. Youth groups are not allowed. This property has strict recycling rules.

Appartement calme, très propre avec tout le nécessaire. Il ne manque rien à part un miroir en pied. Hôte très gentille, disponible en cas de besoin et serviable. Stationnement dans la rue sans problème et gratuit. Je recommande vivement. Perpétue
