In Tejeda, the villa 'Casa Rural Pepita la de las Flores' is located 1,300 metres above sea level in the Cumbre, near Roque Nublo, offering you impressive mountain views.
The 90 m² property features a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 6 guests.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a dedicated workspace, TV with streaming services, oil and gas radiator heating, portable fan, washing machine and game console.
A cot is also available.
The private pool is available from the Friday before Easter until the third weekend in October.
You will enjoy a private outdoor area with a pool (available only in summer), garden and barbecue.
There is also a covered and an open terrace.
The villa is close to several hiking trails and has a nearby bus stop (line 300).
The nearest restaurant and bar are 3 minutes away by car (1.7 km), while the nearest supermarket and café are 10 minutes away by car (5.9 km).
Las Canteras beach is one hour away by car (40 km) and Gran Canaria airport is one hour and ten minutes away by car (45 km).
Car rental is recommended.
There is one parking space on the property and free street parking.
A maximum of 3 pets is allowed on request and for an extra fee.
The property does not have air conditioning.
There is a security alarm but no security cameras.
Parties and celebrations are not allowed.
