CasaDeLuxe Riquelme is located on the prestigious Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort in Sucina, Murcia—a peaceful and secure gated community built around a stunning 18-hole, par 72 golf course.
The 75 m² apartment offers the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday with family or friends.
It features a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, two bedrooms, and one bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to four guests. Guests can enjoy the balcony, ideal for breakfast in the sun or an evening drink overlooking the resort.
Outdoors, you will find an open garden and a large swimming pool.
Two sunbeds are provided for your convenience, and access to multiple shared swimming pools (19 in total on the resort) is included. Further amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, a TV, and a washing machine.
Parking is available both on the property and in a garage, and an elevator provides easy access within the building.
Pets are welcome. In addition to golf, the resort offers a wide range of free sports and leisure facilities, including tennis and padel courts, outdoor gym equipment, football and basketball fields, and pétanque (boules) areas.

Storage Space are chuttered whith personal affairs of the Owners. The storage bed King size is full and became noisy and uncomfortable.The toilet seat and the roller shutter must be repaires. Not enought patère mural In the second room a second nightstand is necessery.For the kitchen please replace the frying pans.

Que le falta un poco de ambiente para tomarse algo, fuimos a las 23:00 a tomarnos algo, y la cocina estaba cerrada y solo podíamos pedir algo hasta las 24:00 y solo nos pudimos pedir un granizado. Vale que la mayoría de gente es extranjera, pero también vamos Españoles y nosotros no cenamos a las 19:00.
