My holiday apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood of "Sunny Beach" within 8 min. walking distance from the beach and 3 minutes from the Bus station "Hotel Riu Helios Paradise".
The apartment is with two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, bathroom with a toilet, terrace and a private small garden.
My guests have free access to public car parking.
There is also a Café-bar with a large terrace in the shade, here you can enjoy your morning coffee.
All children under 3 years are charged Euro 5.00 per person per night for children's cots/bed/cribs.
Built on a hill with panorama across the Bay and the Mountains, the residence offers the amazing opportunity to enjoy the unique combination with proven healing virtues between fresh mountain air and gentle sea breeze.
My apartment will satisfy the wishes of all guests, looking for the proximity of nature, but not neglecting the attractions of the most dynamic resort in Bulgaria.
Arrival/departure: Check in after 15h00 if the apartment is available earlier you can enter earlier.
Departure before 11h00.
If the apartment is available you can leave later.
Bus Stop 2 minutes walk, just across the street small Super Market 2 minutes walk A section of 100 meters from the street leading to our holiday village is in rather poor condition.
I will gladly arrange a transfer from the airport to the holiday village.
If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you may be required to pay according to YourRentals’s property damage policy.

Очень классные девушки на лобби, отзывчивые, приятные, улыбчивые. Расположение тоже на самом деле нормальное, да, чуть чуть в гору, но до пляжа ~10 минут, рядом есть тц, в комплексе бассейн, мы брали машину, но по итогу, можно было обойтись и без нее. На кухне есть все что нужно, хорошие шторы blac...
Владелец комплекса очень тревожный, когда ты заселяешься с тебя берут наличкой 50€ ( это кстати могли бы где-то писать заранее ) так сказать залог за полотенца и посуду, и выдают бумажку на которой это прописано, бумагу я эту выкинула, из чего вылилась легкая драма :D ей богу этим полотенцам и тарел...
