The chalet Casa Paula is located in Yaiza and impresses guests with its view of the sea.
This 220 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a dining table for 6 people, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (one en-suite; one with a jacuzzi) and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, air conditioning in all bedrooms, a washing machine, a game console, karaoke equipment, board games as well as satellite TV with a DVD player and sound system.
Disco lighting is also available.
There is a also gaming room with a pool table, board games, darts and two sofa beds.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available.
The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with a heated pool (13x4 metres; heated and equipped with chromotherapy), a jacuzzi, a garden with fruit trees, garden furniture, a large terrace (33x15 metres) and a barbecue.
There are 6 sun loungers and 6 classic wooden sun loungers with 2 side tables.
An outdoor bathroom is also available.
Share a homemade meal at the classic wooden table for up to 10 people while enjoying the absolute privacy it offers, as well as the stunning views over the sea as well as amazing views over the island of Fuerteventura and the island of Lobos.
To the north, guests can enjoy the views of Montaña Roja and the 1000-year-old Ajaches.
In the garden there is an outdoor multipurpose court (14x4m) where you can play badminton, pétanque and volleyball.

To the north via Bajo los Riscos, to the south via Avenida Pechiguera, from where La Playa is at 260m.
At 100m there is a tennis school, at 200m there are 2 thalassotherapy centres, at 230m a diving school, at 230m we have 4 restaurants including an Argentinean grill, a Chill out and a beach cafeteria, a mini-market at 120m.
At 10m there is a bus stop and at 200m there is a taxi rank.

Het zwembad en het prachtige uitzicht vanaf het terras
2 bedden met een heel dun matras waar niet goed op geslapen is.

Locatie is super met zicht op zee, huis is zeer groot maar verouderd, weinig glaswerk in de keuken. Verder was ontvangst niet goed, eigenaar kwam met allemaal extra kosten af en dreigde ons uit het huis te zetten als we niet onmiddellijk betaalde!!
