Located on the 1st and 2nd floors of a typical 19th-century house, it can comfortably accommodate 2 guests.
The apartment comprises a living room opening onto a terrace with sea views, a fully equipped kitchen and a master bedroom with en-suite shower room.
Casa Ao is situated right on the seafront.
Phocéens Beach is located below the house and is just a minute’s walk away. The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A living area with a dining area and a lounge with a TV - A fully equipped kitchen: electric kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, dishwasher... - A master bedroom with sea views, featuring a queen-size bed (160x200) - An en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower Outside: - A 7 m² terrace with sea views. - An outdoor garden leading to the kitchen Location: By staying at Casa AO, you are choosing a traditional neighbourhood in France’s second-largest city, right by the sea. Heading out to your right, you’ll find the road leading to the Goudes and Callelongue (Calanque Longue) neighbourhoods.
Heading out to your left, you’ll reach the city centre via the Bain des Dames and Pointe Rouge beaches and their waterside restaurants.
Heading up the street, you’ll reach the Marseillveyre hills and the Pastré countryside with its famous Grotte Roland.
A typical neighbourhood sought after for its quality of life, nestled between the city, the sea, the countryside and the hills. Transport: Bus No. 19 runs along the top of the street and will take you to the city centre.
For a more unusual option, the open-top water bus, running from late April to late September, will take you to the Old Port by sea. Parking in the surrounding streets is free with no time limit Saint-Charles station is 45 minutes away by bus (No. 19) and Metro Line 2. The airport is accessible via a shuttle bus to Saint-Charles station, but we recommend using taxis or ride-hailing services such as Uber. The apartment is directly overlooking the sea, with beautiful views from both the living room and bedroom. Everything was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we needed for a week’s stay.
There is also a wonderful beach just next door, beautiful hiking trails and great little shops and a pub nearby.

Der Aufenthalt war schön, das Apartment nett und gut eingerichtet. Die Badestelle ist nah.Nebenan gab es Bauarbeiten. Es gibt einen Air conditioner, den man wegen der Mücken auch braucht.

Casa Ao appartement duplex était magnifique et la vue sur mer depuis la terrasse et la chambre était magnifique. il faut bien le coup de le réservé entre les photos sur le site et réalité pareille tout était exactement pareil. j'étais ravie de séjourner là, on se sentait bien. je le recommande à 1000%. l'agence très réactif si on a besoin quelque chose, ils sont là à notre écoute génial
