The villa Vista Mar y Tierra is located in Marratxi and overlooks the sea.
The 280 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 10 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine, a dryer as well as a TV.
A cot and a high chair are also available.
The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with a pool, surrounded by a green lawn and a garden, garden furniture.
There is also both an open terrace and a covered terrace, a grill and an outdoor shower. The nearest restaurant is 10-15 minutes away on foot (1km) and the next café and supermarket can be reached in 2-3 minutes by car (1.6km). The next bar can be reached in 10 minutes by car (6km). The beach Platja de Can Pere Antoni is 18 minutes away by car (14km). The Palma de Mallorca Airport is 20 minutes away by car (15km). Free parking is available on the street, on the property and in a garage. Pets are not allowed.
Parties and events are not permitted.
Youth groups under 25 years of age are not allowed. Wi-Fi is suitable for video calls. The property has a step-free interior. The house was great, good airconditioning, nice facilities, swimmingpool but also the kitchen, bbq and sitting areas. Also the host was very kind, explained everything and maked sure we had a nice stay.
If you want to go somewhere, also supermarket you need a car to come there unless you want to do everything with taxi. Nothing is on walking distance.

Es fehlte die Grundausstattung in der Küche, Salz Pfeffer Essig Öl. Und Toilettenpapier,😀
