At the front of Villa Tia is a shaded terrace with stone clad pillars, sloped beams and a small table and chairs with views of the distant mountains.

Inside, the lounge, dining area and kitchen all have modern amenities, but retain the character and charm of a traditional Majorcan house.

The lounge has an ornamental wood burner stove, traditional decor, comfortable seating and a dining table and chairs.

An archway leads into the kitchen, which has a breakfast table, views over the neighbouring fruit orchard and patio doors onto the rear terrace. There is a double bedroom with patio doors leading onto the front terrace and 2 twin bedrooms.
