Bright 75 sqm apartment, for 5 people, located on the 1st floor with lift of a modern and ecological building, equipped with a photovoltaic system. In the summer, our guests will have access to the shared swimming pool.

The center of Pisa is around 25 minutes away by car.

The accommodation consists of a living room with a kitchenette, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a balcony.

- BEDROOM I with double bed, chest of drawers and EN SUITE BATHROOM (with sink and toilet);

- BEDROOM II with two single beds and wardrobe;

- BATHROOM with shower (slightly raised), sink, bidet and toilet.


FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, air conditioning (in all rooms), independent heating, washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer and soundproof windows.

- In the summer months, guests are allowed to use the shared swimming pool. The swimming pool is open from 15th May to 30thSeptember, from 9:00 am to 20:00 pm.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Pisa (€2.50 per person per night of stay).

We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Pisa Climatic Zone D: 11 hours a day from November 8th to April 7th.


Self check-in will take place in this accomodation. It is MANDATORY to complete the registration in order to receive instructions to collect the keys and access the apartment.

The keys can be collected for free via keybox on site.

In case of problem, telephone assistance will be guaranteed until 00:00.


Alternatively, from 15:00 to 21:00, it is possible to collect the keys free of charge at our office in Via Sant'Agostino 4 (Pisa).


If instead you wish to collect the keys from a member of our staff, in the apartment, it is possible, upon request with payment of a supplement equal to

The apartment is located in Calambrone, a hamlet of Pisa, in a modern and recently renovated residential area. The beach is about 200 meters from the accommodation and near the property it is possible to find the main services, including bars, restaurants and supermarkets.

The center of Pisa, with its attractions, can be reached by car in about 25 minutes. Alternatively, it is possible to reach Pisa Central Station, the hub of all the main public transport lines in order to reach the main points of interest in the city, in about 40 minutes by bus. Livorno is about 15 minutes away by car.
