Exclusive studio perfect for 2 people and furnished in typical Venetian style overlooking the Canareggio Canal and Palazzo Labia.
Location is strategic and convenient for those arriving in Venice: about 5 minutes walk from the train station and 10 minutes from Piazzale Roma, very close to the Guglie vaporetto stop.
We are in the Sestiere of Canareggio, one of the liveliest and most popular tourist areas, in the heart of Venice, full of restaurants and trattorias, shops and clubs. The space Fabulous design studio of about 40 square meters located on the third floor of a historic building in one of the most central, prestigious and at the same time characteristic areas of the city, just 5 minutes walk from the train station.
The exceptional nature of the location is given by the fact that, despite being in a very central and very lively area, close to the main tourist attractions, the house is placed in a position that allows you to live a truly local and Venetian experience in all aspects . Our accommodation has a living area with a relaxation corner and a dining area, an open kitchen and a sleeping area with a queen bed. Fully equipped kitchen with stove, refrigerator, electric kettle, plates, cutlery, cups, glasses and cooking utensils. Bathroom with shower and bidet. Other amenities available to guests: air conditioning (1 split), independent heating, coat rack, hairdryer. It is possible to access the condominium terrace ONLY until 9:00 pm.
From 9.00 pm onwards IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO ACCESS. Limited rechargeable wifi modem (150 gb per month) available while stocks last. Guest access The apartment is for an exclusive use of our Guests. Other things to note Guests must show ID documents upon arrival.
The tourist tax is not included in the price, you have to pay it in cash upon arrival.
It's €4 per person per day for the first 5 days.
Children 0-9 years are exempt, children 10-16 years have a reduction on the tax of 50%. Please kindly note we always need to know in advance your arrival time.
Check-in after 8 p.m. are available with the following extra costs: from 8pm till 10 pm >> 40€ from 10pm till midnight>> 60€

Great location close to bus/water bus/ train station. Grosery store short walk away. Lots of good restaurants. Enjoyed it a lot. Would stay again.

Netter Empfang, super Aussicht aus dem Fenster, optimale Lage, um zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu gelangen.
Vaporetto-Anlegestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Klimaanlage hat den Raum relativ gut gekühlt. Wir würden noch mal wieder in diesem Stadtteil übernachten, wir fühlten uns sicher. Venedig ist wirklich wunderschön!!!!
Es war leider nur oberflächlich geputzt, Schmutz unter den Möbeln. Eine Ecke hinter dem Sofa war mit abgelegten Gegenständen zugemüllt. Die Dachterrasse durfte nur bis 21 Uhr genutzt werden, es durfte auch nicht dort gegessen werden, die Terrasse konnte nur umständlich erreicht werden. Haben wir un...

Unser Aufenthalt in der Wohnung war gut. Die Lage ist prima, gut vom Bahnhof aus zu Fuß zu erreichen. Vaporetto-Station ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und es gibt direkt in der Nähe gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und viele Restaurants.
