Apartment of about 80 sqm, perfect for 4/6 people (but it can host up to 7 people), located in a pedestrian area, on the ground floor of a renovated house overlooking Lake Como.
The property is located in the historic centre of the enchanting Carate Urio, characterized by mule tracks and quiet contradas. This apartment consists of a living room, a living area with kitchen (with lake view), two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a patio overlooking the lake.

NATIONAL CODE: IT013044B4MVW42IJA The house is located in a pedestrian area and can be reached by paths and stairs in a few minutes from the nearest parking lots. There are 5 steps to access the apartment. The space is organised as follows: - LIVING ROOM: sofa bed (for three people); - LIVING AREA with OPEN KITCHEN (gas hob, fridge with freezer, microwave oven, electric kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, moka, dishwasher, toaster, blender, handheld vacuum cleaner, wine glassses), dining table , TV (with chromecast) and double sofa bed; second living space, separate, with another double sofa bed and reading corner with an armchair and small tables. - BEDROOM I: double bed and wardrobe; - BEDROOM II: double bed; (in the hallway between the two bedrooms there is a large built-in wardrobe) - TWO BATHROOMS with shower box, sink, bidet and toilet; - PATIO overlooking the lake with outdoor furniture (dining table for six people, chairs, motorised awning); - LAUNDRY and STORAGE ROOM. OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited WiFi, independent heating, washing machine (in the laundry room), hairdryer, iron and ironing board, drying rack and hall stand. OTHER INFORMATION: a covered parking lot is included and is located in a garage 100 meters from the property (GARAGE SIZE: width 3 meters / length 3 meters / height 2.5 meters; also suitable for SUVs). It is also possible to take advantage of the home delivery of fruit and vegetables directly from the fruit and vegetable market of Como. Finally, it is worth mentioning the presence of Bennet supermarket, at the entrance of Como (just coming from Carate Urio), which represents a convenient solution for buying products during your stay. Apartment is cute, but needs a paint job, new bed pedestals, and complete repair of its locks. With few small dollars, property can be a great spot.
