The apartment is located in the central area in the historic district of ESQUILINO, one of the most central areas of Rome: in addition to the beautiful basilicas of Santa Maria Maggiore and Santa Croce in Gerusalemme, in fact, its area includes Termini Station and Piazza Vittorio, with its characteristic arcades and a large multicultural market.

Near the apartment you can find everything you need: shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, various places.

Being in the center of Rome, you will have the advantage that it is well connected. Near the house there is the subway, as well as numerous bus and tram lines but above all it is 5 minutes from Termini station.

A few steps from the Vittorio Emanuele metro, bus, tram and 10 minutes walk from Termini central station (or one metro stop).

10 minutes walk from the Colosseum, Roman Forum, Arch of Constantine, Circus Maximus.

For those who love walking you can reach Piazza Venezia, Trevi Fountain, Piazza di Spagna, the Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Campo dei Fiori and Trastevere in 25-30 minutes.
