It is the ideal place for those who want to leave the car and prefer the bicycle to discover the hinterland.
The apartment is located on the main street, with a splendid panoramic view.
In the streets surrounding the house, parking is free.
Line couriers connect the seven beaches to each other, in Comacchio and Ferrara.
The 48 sqm apartment comfortably accommodates 6 people.

Living room with sofa bed and television, kitchen equipped with gas oven, moka pot and various cooking utensils. DOUBLE BEDROOM AND SECOND ROOM WITH BUNK BED. BATHROOM.
Shower box, bidet, hairdryer and washing machine. OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE.
Split air conditioning, fan, clothesline and iron. Balcony. Pets allowed on request upon payment of 40 euros per stay for thorough cleaning. Currently there are works in a building in via Leopardi.

We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy. You can find all the information on the official website alloggiatiweb.poliziadistato Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022). Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard. Ferrara Climatic Zone E: 13 hours a day from October 22th to April 7th CIN: IT038006B4HCJ2O3D4 - From Ferrara station, take the train to Ravenna station.
From the station it is necessary to move to the Ravenna bus station (9 minutes on foot) from which it is possible to take bus n. 333 to the "Lido Estensi Manzoni" stop, a 5-minute walk from the property. - For those traveling by car, it is possible to park for free in the streets around the property (NOT guaranteed).

Zona comodissima La casa è piccola, ma dotata di ogni servizio utile. Va benissimo per estate in cui il tempo che si passa in casa è comunque limitato
