The apartment is located in the heart of old Bologna surrounded by the city's most famous grocery stores and, a few meters away, you will find yourself in the majestic Piazza Maggiore.
You will be enchanted right away by its charm! Moreover, if you are interested in visiting the Etruscan Museum, the owner (graduated in museology) is available free, upon payment of the entrance ticket, to accompany you as a guide.

The apartment is located a few meters from Piazza Maggiore, the most central of the city, in one of the most typical and ancient streets of Bologna, in a building of 1400 (recently renovated and equipped with elevator) that for centuries has hosted artisans and merchants locals. There is a step to access the elevator and two to go up to the apartment Bright and quiet it remains cozy and intimate as it is suitable for stays of two people. The studio is divided into: Kitchenette with coffee machine, fridge, electric kettle and various utensils. Bathroom.
Shower cabin, bidet, toilet and hairdryer. Bedroom.
Double bed. Other services available to guests.
Free Wifi, split air conditioning, clotheshorse and clothes rack. Cot for babies upon request and payment. The apartment does not have internal parking but there are two/three paid parking lots in the neighborhood just a few minutes away. Public parking Piazza Roosvelt Hourly rate 2.40 euros (free evening) 2 private parking hourly rates 7 euros, all day 38 euros. According to Italian law, all identity documents of the guests must be exhibited on arrival. Late check in: - From 21:30 - 23:00 - Euro 25,00 - From 23:00 - 24:00 - Euro 30,00 - From 24:00 - 01:30 - Euro 40,00 In order to provide you a smooth process of check in, please advise your Key Holder in advance your approximate time of arrival. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the apartment. Sara (and Daniel) communicated with us and met us at the apartment to check in. Many thanks to them!
The place is small but the location makes up for it many times over. We loved, loved, loved everything about our trip to Bologna.

The place is centrally located and very clean. On the other hand, even though the description says there is a kitchen, none of the appliances could be plugged in. When we complained, an extension cord was provided that stretched across the floor. No handle on the moka pot, no dish towel, no hot p...

right in the middle of everything. Small but ok. Coffee pot capsules hard to find. Shower drains slowly.
