Cozy and bright house in "via de la Birra" (suburb of Bologna), ideal for couples, groups of friends and families. It can accommodate up to three people and a child!
Its proximity to the Marconi airport makes the apartment the perfect destination for those looking for a stay in a quiet and peaceful area. Nearby there are pharmacies, bars, restaurants and supermarkets.
To reach the city center you can take the bus lines Tper 54 - 81 -91 ("Birra stop"), a two-minute walk from the property!
TN.B.: The keys to the front door are located in a safety deposit box that opens with a code, which will be provided upon check-in.
The apartment is located on the first floor of a period building without a lift. The inside is organized as follows
- Living area with kitchen, traditional oven, microwave oven, fridge, freezer, kitchenware, dining table for four people, and sofa bed.
- Double bedroom with wardrobe and coat hanger.
- Bathroom with shower, bidet, toilet and washing machine.
Other services available: toaster, free WiFi, and fan.
Paid parking along Via della Birra and free near the nearby church (NOT guaranteed).
Cot for babies upon request and payment.

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
