Gite of 30m² located on the 1st floor of the owners' house, with independent entrance via an external staircase.
Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, induction hob, Senseo coffee maker,) and open to a living room with 2 comfortable and electric armchairs as well as a dining area.
A bathroom with bath, basin and washer-dryer. Independent WC.
A bedroom with 1 bed 160x200. Cot on request.
Located in a 3500 m² wooded park with a 10m² private terrace furnished with 2 relax armchairs.
The environmentally conscious owners will provide you with ecological cleaning products.
2 bicycles available. Balcony of 5m² with view on the forest and the surrounding meadows.
Common garden of 1500m² (hens and geese on site). Private parking (1 car) enclosed in a carport (electric gate).
Heating with charges included, sheets and towels provided. Free WIFI. Nature lovers, we are happy in the Almond forest. We are committed to living in harmony with our environment, so we try on our small scale not to generate pollution, and we tend towards less waste. We love the observation of animals and here: passing by squirrels, deer, jays, pheasants, and other birds we are spoiled.
Quiet and close to all amenities, you will enjoy an ideal location. Saint-Amand-Les-Eaux is a spa resort (the only one north of Paris), with its river port. City of well-being and discovery at the edge of the national forest, nature lovers, horse riders, cycle tourists, walkers will be able to walk along the banks and follow the paths of the national forest.
