Entrance to the equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, filter coffee maker and pod coffee maker, table-top refrigerator, induction hobs). Shower room with 140x90cm shower. Washing machine and towel dryer. Separate toilet.

80cm TV on articulated arm. Reversible air conditioning. WIFI.
Access via a secure electric gate. Private parking and enclosed garden.
Baby equipment available.
Beautiful outdoor terrace of 24 m², not overlooked, overlooking a pétanque court. Garden furniture and barbecue available.
You can enjoy a shaded and covered awning of 15 m² with a view of the garden.
Bicycle and bike shelter available. Carbon monoxide detector present in the gîte. Small animals accepted (- 15 kg).
