This cottage is an unusual dwelling built into a cave.
Living areas are accessible via several steps.
Ground floor: living room with smart TV, 160x200cm sofa bed.
Fully equipped kitchen (oven, double-door refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave).
Bathroom with walk-in multi-jet shower, heated towel rail, and separate toilet.
A separate bedroom in the cave section is furnished with a 160x190cm double bed (with the option of two 80x190cm single beds).
Upstairs:
Large split-level veranda with dining room and terrace overlooking the city. You'll be amazed by the light flooding in through the veranda and skylights.
You can enjoy the mild temperature in both summer and winter in the cave section.
A true haven of peace, located in a very quiet cul-de-sac. Enclosed courtyard with parking for one car. Free parking along the Seine (a 50m walk). Barbecue.
