This modern and tastefully designed 2-storey property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms, and can accommodate 7 people.
Among the on-site amenities are high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning, and a washing machine.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available.
This villa features a variety of private outdoor amenities: a pool (which can be heated up to 25-27 degrees for a fee from October to April), a garden, an open terrace, a covered terrace, a balcony, a barbecue, a playground, and an outdoor shower.
The outdoor area is conveniently furnished for open-air dining, sunbathing, and relaxing.
The villa is located close to an 18-hole golf course, a bus stop to Torrevieja and other public transport links, an ATM, a supermarket, restaurants, and an Irish pub.
