Located in Orihuela, the villa "El Sueño" offers guests a fantastic view of the Mediterranean Sea. This modern and tastefully designed 2-storey property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms, and can accommodate 7 people.
This is perfect for families with children or several couples. Among the on-site amenities are high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning, and a washing machine.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available. This villa features a variety of private outdoor amenities: a pool (which can be heated up to 25-27 degrees for an extra fee from October to April), a garden, an open terrace, a covered terrace, a balcony, a barbecue, a playground, and an outdoor shower.
The outdoor area is conveniently furnished for open-air dining, sunbathing, and relaxing. The villa is located close to an 18-hole golf course, a bus stop to Torrevieja and other public transport links, an ATM, a supermarket, restaurants, and an Irish pub. A parking space is available on the property, and free parking is available on the street.
Families with children are welcome.
Bringing pets and smoking inside the building are not allowed.
An electric vehicle charging station is available.
