The detached villa, built in 2018, is furnished in a modern and luxurious style. The property is popular also due to the view of the sea. Available for use are: sun loungers, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture.

Pješćana Uvala. The villa is located on a 750 sqm enclosed garden plot. Youth groups not permitted. Parking (for 4 cars) on the property.

Air conditioning, central heating. Internet access (Wi-Fi), washing machine and tumble dryer. TV reception via satellite.
Pool
All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from mid-May to end of September, can be heated, 4.5 m x 10 m, 1.35 m deep). The pool heating is available from 01.04. to 31.10. for an additional charge of €250 per week and only by prior arrangement with the owner. Swimming pool with hydromassage.

Diese Villa übertraf unsere Erwartungen, Die Annehmlichkeiten waren erstklassig, besonders die voll ausgestattete Küche und die gemütlichen Sitzgelegenheiten im Freien, Wir genossen mehrere Familien-Barbecues im Garten, Sehr empfehlenswert!

Over het algemeen een goede ervaring. De villa bood voldoende ruimte voor onze groep en de locatie maakte het gemakkelijk om Pula en de omgeving te verkennen. Er waren slechts een paar kleine problemen met de keukenapparatuur.

We hebben hier een fantastische familievakantie gehad. De ligging vlak bij het strand was perfect voor onze kinderen en de voorzieningen van de villa zorgden ervoor dat we een comfortabel verblijf hadden. Ik zou de villa zeker aan anderen aanbevelen!
