The holiday apartment is located in an apartment house, was renovated in 2013 and is furnished in a modern style. The property is located in the town centre. Also due to its quiet and sunny location the domicile is popular.
Location
Rovinj. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The property is located in the immediate vicinity of the old town in Rovinj Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking is available in a parking lot in the village (distance 200 m). The central parking in the village is free in winter. In summer it is charged per day and availability cannot be guaranteed. However, in summer the owner can provide a free parking space near the property where you can leave your car (subject to availability). If you prefer this option, please inform us or the owner before your arrival

air conditioning. A device in the living room and zweiters unit in the attic. Facilities: internet access (WLAN), iron and washing machine. TV reception takes place via satellite.

Shopping 200 m, restaurant 200 m, town center 200 m. Rovinj: cinema 1400 m and discotheque 4 km. Caffe's, restaurants, points of interest of the object. In summer: Adriatic Sea 500 m in Rovinj (beach 500 m in Rovinj featuring gravel and stones). Rovinj: boat launch 1,7 km, horse riding 2 km and tennis, mini golf, diving each 4,5 km.

The entrance to your holiday apartment is located on the 2nd floor and leads over an internal staircase directly into the living room.
2nd floor: Living room with sitting area, TV and air conditioner. Cooking nook in the living room with dining area, electric stove (ceramic hob, 2 plates), extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (icebox), microwave, coffee machine and electric kettle. Bathroom with washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin, WC and hairdryer.
Top floor: Bedroom with 2 single beds. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Gallery (3 sqm).
