The holiday apartment is located in an apartment house and is furnished in a functional and typical country style. The property is located in a residential area, on the outskirts. Also due to the view over the lake from the property and its quiet and sunny hillside location the domicile is popular. Available for use: sunbathing lawn, parasol, sun lounger, terrace and garden furniture. For terrace apartments there are sun loungers in the garden, for balcony apartments there are garden chairs

Malcesine, district Val di Sogno. The holiday apartement is located on a enclosed garden plot with flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives only occasionally in a separate building on the property. Apartment can be on the 1st floor or on the ground floor. Access is via a mountain road (asphalted). Parking is available on the property. The access road from the main road is a little steep and narrow, but manageable without any problems

TV reception takes place via electric wire.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with CO2 detector and fire extinguisher.
