The holiday home built in 2005 is a terraced house and functionally furnished.
The property is located in a residential area on the outskirts.
The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property of the panorama and the sunny location.
Available for shared use: lawn for sunbathing and barbecue facilities. Location Bardolino, 80 m above sea level.
The holiday home is located in a residence, on an enclosed garden plot.
Parking on the property. Special Air conditioning, central heating (gas).
Internet access (Wi-Fi) and washing machine.
Television reception via satellite. For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with CO2 detectors and a fire extinguisher. Pool All pools are available for shared use.
Outdoor pool (operating from mid-May to end of September, 8 m x 18 m, 1.50 m deep).
The use of the pool cannot be guaranteed due to Covid_19 regulations. Dogs not allowed. Distances Shopping 600 m, restaurant 800 m, town centre 800 m.
In summer: Lake Garda 800 m in Bardolino (beach with sand and pebbles).
Lake Garda offers a varied entertainment programme for all ages, such as mountain bike tours, windsurfing, sailing, horse riding, or hiking tours.
But also free climbing or paragliding are available to holidaymakers. Das Haus war wie beschrieben mit vier Schlafzimmern und Betten für 8 Personen. Es war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Pool war fantastisch und es war schön, etwas Platz im Garten zu haben.

The property was as described with four bedrooms and 6 beds - no one had to lie on a sofa bed! - although the top floor room was in the roof space and had limited height.
