The holiday home, built in 2005, is furnished in the typical local style. The property is located in a holiday home settlement. The domicile is popular due to the view of the lake from the property and its quiet and sunny location. Available for shared use: lawn for sunbathing, sunshade, deck chair, children's playground, swing, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture. Table tennis.

The property can be rented for 8-+1 persons together with BALKES083. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking in carport.

For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with smoke detectors.

Die Lage zum Balaton ist mit ca. 300 Metern und damit zu Fuß zu erreichen hervorragend. Auch die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und ein leckeres Restaurant befindet sich befinden sich in der Nähe. Das Objekt besteht aus 2 Mieteinheiten. Ich fand, das geht aus dem Inserat nicht hervor, sollte man aber wissen....
