The holiday apartment is located in a single-family home and is furnished in a functional style. Also due to the view over the sea from the property and its sunny location the domicile is popular. Available for shared use: garden shower, barbecue facilities and terrace. 12 and 25 sqm large terraces for common use, barbecue.

The landlord lives only occasionally in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Holiday apartments DAL ZAD 401 (8 persons) and Holiday apartment DAL ZAD 400 (9 persons) are located in the same house. Parking is available in a garage and on the street in front of the house.
