Take advantage of the perfectly located apartment - only 10 minutes by foot (and 2 minutes by car) from Hidrobaza beach - one of the the most beautiful beaches in Štinjan.
This comfortable apartment features a living room with sitting area (additional sleep for one person) and a flat TV on the wall.
WiFi and Air-condition are included in the price.
Bedroom is separated from the living room and has a double bed with bed linen provided.
There is also a brand new and fully equipped kitchen with a dining area.
Modern bathroom offers a shower with provided towels, hairdryer and a washing machine.
There are some private parking spaces in the building area, but you can also park by the street.
The balcony with seating area is perfect for a morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine! :)

In the neighbohood there is gorgeous nature for walk or cycle, horce-riding ranch, as well as stunning national park Brijuni. The beautiful beach 'Hidrobaza'' and relaxing beach bars are only 700 meters away! Pula is only 4 km away as well as the shopping centre and large grocery stores. Close to the apartment is a small grocery store and a bus station! During the summertime you can visit many manifestations and festivals in city of Pula such as: Days of antiquity, PUF International Alternative theatre festival, Evening of dances, famous 'Pula film festival' in Pula's Arena (”film under the stars”), Fish stew, food festivals, etc... Taste some of the specialties of Pula and Istria such as Istrian prosciutto, olive oil wine, crab salad, cuttlefish risotto, or some of the aromatic specialties made with truffles.
