The holiday home is a semi-detached house and furnished in a rustic style. The property is located in a holiday home settlement, on the outskirts. Also due to its quiet and sunny location the domicile is popular. Available for your exclusive use: sunbathing lawn, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, Hollywood swing, campfire site and courtyard. Children's slide. There is a private jetty 150 metres from the house.

Balatonberény. The holiday home is located on a enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking is available on the property.

Das Haus hat alles was man brauch, die Vermieter sind sehr nett und die Umgebung ist schön und ruhig.
Der See,Restaurant und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind alle in der Nähe und super zu Fuß zu erreichen.
