The country house Finca Fani 1 is located in Agüimes, overlooking the mountain and the sea.
The 80 m² country house consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a dedicated workspace, heating, air conditioning in the double bedroom and the living room, a washing machine as well as a TV.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available. The country house boasts a private outdoor area with a balcony and a partially covered, 40 m² furnished terrace, that invites enjoy the view of the Roque Aguayro and the sea.
A shared outdoor area, consisting of a pool, a garden and an outdoor shower, is also available for your use. Walking/driving distance to nearest restaurant: 5.83km. Walking/driving distance to nearest cafe: 5.94km. Walking/driving distance to nearest bar: 6.26km. Walking/driving distance to nearest supermarket: 6.30km. Walking/driving distance to beach: 13.40km Playa de Arinaga. Walking/driving distance to airport: 19km Gran Canaria. The accommodation is excellent for sportsmen, as the area is ideal for hiking and biking.
Nearby is also the impressive valley Barranco de las Vacas (8.20km).
The center of Agüimes is only 5km away. Free parking is available on the street and on the property (private parking for 3 cars, shared between all the cottages). Pets are not allowed. The property has step-free access and interior. Youth groups are not allowed. The property offers homemade/homegrown produce, depending on availability.
