Located in Mojácar in Spain's southern Andalusia region, "Villa Casa Pinosierra" impresses guests with its fantastic view of the sea. The 190 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people.
The villa also features high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning and heating in all rooms (including the living room), a washing machine, as well as a DVD player and satellite TV. Children are allowed and a baby bed and a highchair are available but please ask the homeowner. The villa boasts a private outdoor area with a pool, a garden, garden furniture, an open terrace, a balcony, a barbecue, and an outdoor shower. Walking/driving distance to nearest restaurant: 1.14km. Walking/driving distance to nearest cafe: 1.15km. Walking/driving distance to nearest bar: 1.14km. Walking/driving distance to nearest supermarket: 1.18km. Walking/driving distance to beach: 1.1km Playa de la Mena.
Distance to the airport: 86.7km Almeria Airport. Free parking is available on the property; for wheelchairs, there are 4 steps from the car park.
It is important to have a car since the public transportation is 12 minutes away and it is at an elevation.
Pets are not allowed.
No limit time of check-in as it is with a code.
The pool is open year-round.
The villa has no security cameras.
Guests can celebrate birthdays, have lunch, dinners and barbecues but only the registered guests. The villa has wide doors. Ein sehr schönes Haus. Traumhafter Blick auf‘s Meer. Das Haus ist schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, das hat aber keinen Abbruch getan. Sehr gut ausgestattet. Man merkt, dass die Eigentümer es selbst nutzen. Sehr fürsorgliche Eigentümerin, immer erreichbar, kümmert sich sofort.

La casa tiene unas vistas preciosas y es muy cómoda.
Necesita actualizarse un poco. Está un poco viejita ya. Pero a pesar de eso, hemos estado a gusto y disfrutado mucho!
