The charming holiday apartment Prenda Home Holiday is situated in the beautiful medieval village of Posada near the beach.
It is conveniently located close to different excursion points and surfing/windsurfing spots. The 48 m² holiday apartment consists of a living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include a fan, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, air conditioning in the living room and in the kitchen. The holiday apartment offers a private balcony, furnished with a table and chairs, where you can relax in the evening with a glass of wine and views all the way to the sea. Walking/driving distance to nearest restaurant: 340m. Walking/driving distance to nearest cafe: 507m. Walking/driving distance to nearest bar: 499m. Walking/driving distance to nearest supermarket: 325m. Walking/driving distance to beach: 2.1 km Spiaggia di Posada Other beaches worth visiting include Orvile Iscraios, Sutta e riu, Su Tiriarzu and San Giovanni (ca. 2-3 km). Cala Brandinchi, Berchida (30 km). Olbia can be reached within approximately 30 minutes by car. Distance to Olbia Airport: 46km. Free parking is available on the street. Pets are not allowed. Air conditioning is not available. For elderly people and guests with mobility problems: please note that there is a small hill to reach the apartment.
