Accommodation description
The flat on the 1st floor for up to 5 people offers a cosy living room and a spacious dining kitchen that is well equipped.
Both bedrooms have a washbasin, shower and WC are separate.
The flat is not self-contained due to the shared staircase to the 2nd floor, but your privacy is guaranteed.
From the balcony you have a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains The holiday home is not far from the centre of Sonntag, in the Großes Walsertal biosphere park.
Moreover, it is a short distance from Damüls and Faschina, right on the Faschinastrasse.
You can easily reach the nearby Sonntag-Stein ski lift on foot (100 metres).
In summer, the house is an ideal starting point for beautiful walks, and in winter the ski bus takes you to the nearby ski areas of Faschina and Damüls for free.
You can also ski from the house to the Sonntag-Stein ski lift, which is just 200 metres away.
The region is home to challenging mountain bike routes that lead you through dense forests and past impressive viewpoints.

Sehr nette Vermieterin, schöne Wohnung, sehr umfangreich ausgestattet; trotz Straße kein nennenswerter Verkehrslärm, sehr ruhig; bei Vermietung der Dachwohnung je nach Gästen etwas "Trittlärm"; guter Ausgangspunkt für diverse Wanderungen / Exkursionen etc. - absolut zu empfehlen

Die Ferienwohnung ist ideal an der Strasse im Dorf, gleich bei der Bushaltestelle und Einkaufsladen gelegen. Die Vermieterin war sehr zuvorkommend, nur das Ausstellen der Gästekarte dauerte zu lange. Das Ausstellen vor der Reise hat auch nach mehrmaligen Nachfragen per E-Mail nicht geklappt. Die Nutzung am Anreisetag war somit nicht möglich.
