Located in Lierna, the holiday apartment Residence I Prati di Giussana offers guests a fantastic view of the lake.
Only 5 minutes walk from the most beautiful beach of Lake Como (Riva Bianca), flanked by an old and charming medieval village (Lierna Castle), there is the possibility to rent motorboats.
The apartment ist beautifully located in a quiet residential complex with a 15000 square metre fully fenced park.
It is an ideal place for the little ones, with large lawns for them to play on while the grown-ups can relax comfortably in a deck chair.
The 80 m² holiday apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a fan, a washing machine as well as a TV.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available. The holiday apartment boasts a private outdoor area with an open terrace and a balcony.
A shared outdoor area, consisting of two splendid swimming pools - one of the pools is heated - (open from 15 June to 15 September) and a garden, is also available for your use. Walking/driving distance to nearest restaurant: 442m. Walking/driving distance to nearest cafe: 730m. Walking/driving distance to nearest bar: 328m. Walking/driving distance to nearest supermarket: 779m. Walking/driving distance to beach: 450m Riva Bianca. Walking/driving distance to nearest bakery: 865m.
