The building has only two apartments per floor, ensuring privacy and quiet. The apartment features a cozy living room with a sofa bed, armchairs, a Smart TV, and a desk.
The open kitchen is fully equipped for a comfortable stay and includes a countertop with stools that serves as a dining area for four people. A hallway leads to the bedroom, which has a double bed and a built-in wardrobe.
At the end of the hallway, there is a bathroom with a shower. Additionally, the apartment offers a lovely private terrace on the third floor, accessed independently.
The terrace is furnished with sofas, armchairs, and a table for four, perfect for relaxing outdoors. Feria Street is one of the most traditional and authentic areas in Seville’s city center.
In recent years, it has grown significantly, becoming one of the most exclusive and sought-after neighborhoods. Nearby, you will find traditional Sevillian shops, local food stores, cozy bars, and high-quality restaurants, ideal for tasting Andalusian cuisine. The apartment is within walking distance of major tourist attractions such as the Cathedral, the Giralda, the Alcázar, the Metropol Parasol, and the Alameda. The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them.

If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference.

Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests.
