The 6th-floor apartment offers a lovely terrace with alfresco dining and sun loungers to soak up the sun, and a flowing, open-plan living room with direct balcony access to enjoy a pleasant holiday.
A big window, air-conditioning, ample seating space and a large flat-screen TV complete the layout of the living room.
Meanwhile, a modern kitchen-diner with all essential utilities and 2 en-suite bedrooms with direct terrace access complete a comfortable stay.

The location was perfect.
The standard of the appartement was verry nice and perfect for a week in Nice. It was allsow nice to have a balcony with that size.
And the comunication with Happy rentals functied very good.

Really well located looks of restaurants and food stores. Very clean and modern as photos. Easy access and directions from Leo and Enzo, answered any queries quickly. Great service from both.
Only complaints no jug to boil water, only 1 small pot that works on the induction stove and no English tv channels.

Great location, very clean, a little smaller than expected but wasn’t a problem. Only slight disappointment was how tired the patio furniture was
