The cozy 75 m2 holiday home is located in Santa Maria near the village of Villaputzu, only a few kilometres away from the sea in Southern Sardinia.
The property consists of a living room with an integrated well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, Satellite TV,
a washing machine and a baby bed.
The holiday home boasts a private garden with outdoor shower and barbecue as well as a private covered terrace, furnished with a table and chairs. Here you can start your day with a delicious breakfast and end the day with specialities from your own grill, while enjoying the magnificent views over the sea and mountains.
The nearest supermarket is an 18-minute walk or a 2-minute drive away (1.5 km). The nearest restaurant is only a 7-minute walk away (550 m). A further selection of restaurants, cafes and bars can be found in the village of Villaputzu, just a 5-minute drive away (2-3 km). Porto Corallo Beach is located within close proximity and can be reached in just approximately 7 minutes by car (5 km). Cagliari Airport is approximately a 1-hour drive away (80 km).
Parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are allowed. The property offers step-free interior with wide doors.
