Villa Ra is set on the side of a valley with lovely sea and hill views in the quiet and exclusive San Jaime area of Moraira, 5 mins walk from the beautiful Club de Golf Ifach with its tennis courts, bar/restaurant and breath-taking sea views (open to non-members).
The secluded pool (1m shallow end) with paved terrace is completely private and is not overlooked at all. It is particularly magical at night with pretty poolside and terrace lighting.
There is an open-plan living area with large modern kitchen, a large glazed naya (sun room) with CD Player and over 100 CD albums.
The sitting room has safe for valuables, UK Free-to-Air TV (including BBC & ITV channels), plus German Free to Air TV (upon request). DVD Player (with over 60 DVD titles for your enjoyment). Also on the ground floor is bedroom 3 with its own newly refurbished shower room. Although this bedroom has full-sized beds it is fairly small and so might be more suited to children but can be prepared with only one bed if there's only a single occupant.
Upstairs there are two further bedrooms and a newly refubished bathroom.
The master bedroom has a good size balcony (with table and chairs) with those superb views over the sea, hills and pool terrace. This is a walled villa with entry-phone system and burglar bars to most rooms. The villa has free Wi-Fi internet connection, operated on a 'fair usage' principle, so please don't use it to download movies etc! Outside there is a shady area with built-in barbecue and steps down to an orchard garden. A supermarket is close by and there are a couple of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Moraira Town is about 5 mins away by car. Green countryside dotted with individual white-washed villas, shady pine woods, citrus groves and vine terracing make a pretty and relaxing setting away from the package tour crowds.
Moraira is an attractive resort which retains its local charm.
It has 2 safe sandy beaches and numerous coves.
There is an abundance of restaurants, bars and smart little shops which crowd around the harbour and popular marina and then meander on down the coast road.
Javea with its beautiful, sandy, bar-bordered beach is 15 mins by car with pretty Calpe in the other direction. The wine-making area of Jalon Valley, surrounded by spectacular mountains, is about 20 mins away and perfect for walking, cycling and climbing. Lively Benidorm, Terra Mitica Theme Park & Aqualandia are about 30 mins drive. Our objective at Villa Ra is to provide you with a clean, comfortable villa, in a beautiful location . . . and then leave you in peace to have a very happy holiday! SHOPS, BARS AND RESTAURANTS ARE OPEN ALL YEAR ROUND, WHICH MAKES IT AN IDEAL PLACE FOR AN OUT OF SEASON BREAK.
