In the beautiful South Tyrol/Alto Adige welcomes you the comfortable apartment "Klementhof Nr 4" on the outskirts of Natz-Schabs/Naz-Sciaves.
The 40m²large and modernly equipped vacation apartment consists of a living room with sofa bed, a very well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bedroom as well as a bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, as well as a baby crib and a high chair. From the furnished balcony of the apartment you can enjoy the view of the greenery.
In the shared outdoor area, a covered swimming pool and a large garden with seating, sunbathing lawn, table tennis table and trampoline are also waiting for you. Here you can barbecue together or relax with a good book while the children splash and play. The area has something to offer for everyone, from hikers, mountain climbers, culture enthusiasts, nature lovers to those looking for relaxation.
In addition to numerous hiking areas, the Plose-Brixen ski area is also not far away and can be reached in 30 minutes (20km) by car. The nearest bus stop is only a 4-minute walk (300m) from the accommodation.
From here buses leave every hour to Brixen/Bressanone, 9km away.
There are also 5 restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the apartment, which can be reached in less than 5 minutes on foot.
The nearest supermarket is only 228m away. Parking spaces are available on the property. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed on request and for a fee. An elevator and a storage room for skis are available. The apartment is step-free and has wide doors.

Für ein 4 Personen Appartement zu wenig Besteck und Geschirr. Zu wenige Aufhängungen/Haken in Badezimmer und Schlafzimmer.

Rooms was clean. Water pressure was great! It is pet friendly. We had our two dogs with us. Anna and Ace were always very helpful and quick with anything we needed. Will stay here again!!
