The apartment Atico Albamar is located in Puerto de Mogán, on the second line beachfront, near the harbor which is called "Little Venice" and with a view of the fisherman's quarter and village square.
The new construction consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) and a washing machine.
There is A/C living room and main bedroom. The property features a balcony and a private open terrace with table, chairs and a hammock where guests can relax and enjoy the views. Thanks to the convenient location of the property, all the essentials are just a short walk away. Pharmacy, supermarket, bus and taxi stop, and a clinic are nearby the property.
The nearest restaurant is less than 1 minutes away on foot (13 m) and the nearest supermarket is a 2-minute walk away (140 m). The stunning Playa Mogán is also only 1 minute away on foot (40 m). Gran Canaria airport is 37 minutes away by car (53 km). Possibility to accommodate a seventh person (sofa in the living room). Pets allowed upon request.

Our second time here. Love being so close to the beach, restaurants and shops and the apartment is very clean and had everything we need.
